With a deep-rooted passion for tradition, Chef Lee embarked on a culinary journey that led him to Santa Barbara. At just 27 years old, he earned a Michelin Star as Executive Chef at SushiBar Montecito. Building on that success, he opened his own establishment, Silvers Omakase, which was awarded a Michelin Star for 2025 after just over a year in operation.
